Ilana was completing her training contract with Ernst & Young in Windhoek when she first realised she has a passion for the various mechanics inside a business. She still enjoys the thrill of experiencing a “well-oiled machine” when different teams or departments, peopled by unique individuals, work together to completement the business.
This interest in operations has built up through exposure and experience across the FMCG, Petroleum, Manufacturing and Insurance sectors, and ultimately joining Alora Financial Partners in a partner capacity.
