Kate’s career and purpose has always revolved around a central theme – change. She qualified with a degree in organisational change management and went on to work on change related projects in industries spanning financial services, media, logistics, recruitment and consulting. She has implemented both large-scale transformational organisational changes as well as worked with individuals going through personal job, career, team and life changes, as a qualified coach. An entrepreneur by nature she got to test drive her abilities as acting MD of an SME and knew that running her own business, and making an impact on other SMEs was where she wanted to invest her energies. Kate is responsible for Operations Management and Client Relationship Management and oversees the roll-out of client’s programmes over the 24 months.
