A systems, sales and strategy specialist, Amelia spent 27 years working with individual business owners as marketing manager for Tupperware Brands, Southern Africa. She played a hands-on role in building and growing businesses by working with the owners on strategic and operational systems. With Tupperware Brands she worked with the head office in Orlando on strategic and marketing strategies as well as training for sales and specific systems. She was seconded to Moscow for six months to implement Tupperware systems in that region. She was also contracted to Avroy Shlain for 2 years to implement their systems across the team. Amelia left Tupperware Brands, Southern Africa to reskill as a coach and after she qualified, started to work with Aurik as a facilitator. She quickly became a permanent team member focusing on strategy, goal setting, sales and marketing, and was tasked with building new training and programmes for Aurik clients. In February 2019 she took over as GM of Aurik Business, and heads up the business development team, while maintaining roles as a facilitator and mentor.
